Ингредиенты
- 1 lg. head cauliflower
- 1 quart. cucumber chunks
- 1 quart. celery, diced
- 1 quart. carrots, cut in inch pcs
- 1 quart. lima beans
- 2 red peppers, cut in pcs
- 2 green or possibly yellow peppers, cut in pcs
- 1 quart. sm. onions or possibly sliced ones
Инструкции
- Sprinkle 1/3 c. salt over peppers, cucumbers and onions. Let stand 1 hour. Drain. Cook each of other vegetables in salt water till tender but not soft. Mix all vegetables after they are liquid removed. Pack into jars. Pour the following mix over.
