1/4 c. reduced-calorie butter 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 quart. (6 c.) air-popped popcorn 2 c. bite-sized shredded whole wheat cereal 2 c. toasted oat cereal 1 1/2 c. pretzel sticks

1. Heat oven to 250 degrees. Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in salt, garlic pwdr and Worcestershire sauce. In large bowl, combine popcorn, cereals and pretzel sticks. Pour butter mix proportionately over popcorn mix; toss gently. Spoon into two ungreased 13 x 9-inch pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 min, stirring twice during baking. Cold completely. Store in airtight container. 8 (1-c.) servings.
