- In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry lowfat milk pwdr. Add in water.
- Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 c. cold whip lite. Pour mix into piecrust. Chill while preparing topping. In a small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 c. cold whip lite, mint extract and green food coloring. Spread topping mix proportionately over set filling. Sprinkle chocolate chips proportionately over top. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 servings.
