Mint and Apricot sauce

excellent with Lamb and Mutton dishes
Also good ovetr potatoes and carrots

Ингредиенты

  • 200ML SMOOTH APRICOT JAM
  • 100GMS WHITE SUGAR
  • 250ML GRAPE VINEGAR
  • 250ML CHOPPED MINT

Инструкции

  1. Combine jam, sugar, vinegar in a glass bowl.
  2. Microwave on med heat for 4 minutes stirring regularly
  3. Stir in mint and allow to cool.
  4. Bottle in sterilized jars
  5. Makes 600mls store in refridgerator
