- the juice of 6 lemons (depending on the size of your lemons- Mine were HUGE, so I stuck with 6.)
- 2 teapoons fresh oregano, or 1 teapoon dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 8 ounces whole wheat egg noodles, cooked to package direction- omitting salt and fat
