- 24 x wonton wrappers
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 pkt taco seasoning mix -- (1.25-ounce.)
- 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press wonton wrappers into minimuffin c.. Cook beef in skillet till browned. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and picante sauce. Spoon beef mix into wonton c.. Top with salsa and cheese. Bake about 8 min or possibly till wontons are golden. Serve immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with lowfat sour cream and sliced ripe, if you like. olives
