  • 4 lrg egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate mini chips

Инструкции

  1. PREHEAT oven to 300 F. Grease baking sheets. BEAT egg whites, salt and cream of tartar in small mixer bowl till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar; beat till stiff peaks form. Gently mix in morsels, 1/3 c. at a time. Drop by level Tbsp. onto prepared baking sheets.
  2. BAKE for 20 to 25 min or possibly till meringues are dry and crisp. Cold on baking sheets for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cold completely. Store in airtight containers.
