- 1 pkt Lowfat milk chocolate chips, 12 ounce
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Walnuts, minced
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, Like Eagle Brand or possibly use Recipe following
- 1/3 c. Water
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/3 c. Instant skim lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Butter

- Place chocolate in microsafe dish or possibly measuring c.. Microwave, uncovered, at MEDIUM to MEDIUM HIGH power till chocolate appears soft, approx. 3 min. Stir every minute. Don't overheat. (Or possibly chocolate can be melted in top of a double-boiler over very low heat.) Stir till melted. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed lowfat milk, butter and vanilla. Blend till butter is mixed with the chocolate.
- Stir in nuts. Spread mix into a lightly oiled 8-inch square pan.
- Cold at room temperature. SWEETENED CONDENSED Lowfat milk: Heat water and sugar in medium saucepan till sugar dissolves, approx. 5 min.
- Add in butter. Heat mix till butter melts. Remove from heat. Place instant lowfat milk in food processor or possibly blender. Pour water/sugar mix into processor/blender. Process till well blended.
- Makes 1 c. ofsweetened condensed lowfat milk for fudge recipe. No leftovers like when you use the canned sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
