2 boxes frzn minced spinach Lowfat sour cream

Fancy shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

1. In glass pie plate or possibly bowl, microwave spinach till thawed. Drain thoroughly in colander. In glass container combine spinach with lowfat sour cream (approximately 1 small container, adding more or possibly less to taste). Sprinkle on layer of cheese and bacon bits (do not use artificial ones; they're too crunchy). Microwave till cheese melts, approximately 2 min. Serves 5 adults.
