- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 carton (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Combine all coffee cake ingredients except 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. In medium mixing bowl mix well. Divide dough in half, spread half in 9 inch round glass baking dish. Sprinkle filling over top. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over filling. Filling will show through. Combine 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Microwave 10 min on medium simmer.
- Microwave 4 to 6 min on high or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 2 min.
