1 pound orange roughy 1/4 c. chopped onion (may use 3 tbsp. onion flakes)

8 ounce. orange juice or possibly 5 Alive juice Fried chicken seasoning

Инструкции

1. Pour 8 ounces of juice in shallow microwave casserole dish which can be covered. Place orange roughy fillets in juice and sprinkle onion over fillets. Generously sprinkle fried chicken seasoning over fillets.
2. Microwave in covered dish for 20 min on "bake" power, or possibly till fillets flake with a fork.
