Ингредиенты

1 1/2 pound hamburger 6 ounce. can tomato paste 2 ounce. water 1 egg

1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 sm. onion, diced 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. mustard, prepared

Инструкции

1. Mix mustard, brown sugar, tomato paste and water; set aside. Mix hamburger, egg, onion, bread crumbs and 1/2 the sauce mix together.
2. If you do not have a microwave tube pan, put mix in a square baking dish and leave hole about the size of your fist in the middle. Spread sauce on meatloaf and microwave on high 20 min. Let set in microwave for 5 min before serving.
