Ингредиенты

2 egg whites 2 c. flour 4 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tbsp. sugar 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk 2 egg yolks, beaten 1 stick butter, melted

1. Preheat Mickey Mouse waffle iron. Beat egg whites till stiff and set aside. Sift dry ingredients together. Gradually add in lowfat milk, egg yolks and butter. Stir well. Mix in egg whites. This recipe works well the Mickey Mouse waffle iron.
