Ингредиенты

  • 16 ounce Whole kernel corn, canned, liquid removed
  • 15 ounce Black beans, canned, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 16 ounce Canned tomatoes
  • 8 ounce Low-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce Picante sauce
  • 2 c. Jack or possibly cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. Cooked rice
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Combine corn, beans, tomatoes, lowfat sour cream, picante sauce and 1 c. of cheese. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13"pan. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Optional: may top with sliced ripe olives and sliced green onions.
