1 pound grnd beef 1.25 ounce. pkg. taco seasoning mix 46 ounce. can tomato juice 16 ounce. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables

15 ounce. can chili warm beans 12 ounce. can tomato paste 2 c. crushed corn chips 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese

1. In large pot, brown grnd beef; drain. Add in taco seasoning mix, tomato juice, vegetables, chili beans and tomato paste; mix well. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 to 25 min, stirring occasionally. Serve into bowls and top each with corn chips and cheese.
