Mexican Tea Cookies

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Garnish: powdered sugar

Инструкции

  1. With an electric mixer on medium speed, blend together the butter and the powdered sugar.
  2. Add the vanilla, water, and the flour.
  3. Stir in the pecans.
  4. Shape the dough in walnut-size balls.
  5. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 300 F for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven.
  8. While the cookies are still hot, roll in the additional powdered sugar.
  9. When cool, roll againin the powdered sugar
