- I'm not sure what the connection to Yom Tov is except which this is a delicious dessert with an interesting twist.
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. non-dairy creamer combined with 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp instant coffee

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine margarine, cocoa and 1 c. water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine flour and sugar and then stir in cocoa mix. Add in rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 - inch pan and bake for 20 min.
- Icing:1 16 oz box confectioner's sugar1/2 c. melted margarine1/4 c. cocoa powder1/4 c. non-dairy creamer1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. coffee1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Ice while cake is still slightly hot.
