1 pound grnd beef 3/4 c. rice 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix 1 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 c. minced pepper 1 can whole tomatoes 1/4 c. water

1. Brown grnd beef, pour off drippings. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 min or possibly till rice is done. Makes 4 servings.
