- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. broth
- 2-3 ounce. minced green chilies (in Mexican food section)
- 4 ounce. cubed Cheddar cheese
Инструкции
- In a large covered skillet, saute/fry uncooked rice in butter till rice turns slightly brown. Add in broth and chilies. Stir. Cover. Cook till rice is almost done. Stir. Add in cheese cubes to top of rice (don't stir). Cover. Cook till rice is done and cheese is melted. Serve with tacos or possibly other Mexican dish.
