- Combine lime juice, oil, chili pwdr, warm pepper flakes and oregano. Add in fish to marinade and coat both sides. Chill covered for 1 hour.
- Prepare salsa.
- Grill fish and baste with marinade. Fish is done when flesh begins to flake.
- Serve with tomato salsa on side.
- Tomato Salsa:Add in all salsa ingredients and toss. Chill for 2 hrs.
