3 c. self rising corn meal
3 Large eggs
1 tbsp. warm pepper seeds
2 tbsp. sugar
1 minced green pepper
1 minced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. flour
