1 can cream style corn
2 cans liquid removed whole corn
2 Large eggs
2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 minced table onions
1 tbsp. minced red & green pepper
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2-3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix everything together except cheese; put in a cake pan and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
