  1. Combine butter, oil, chocolate and water in saucepan till chocolate is melted. Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, lowfat milk, Large eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in large bowl. Then combine with first mix. Pour batter into greased 12 x 18 pan or possibly jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
