  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean stewing beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 ounce. green chili salsa

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring mix to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to simmer; cook for 3 hrs or possibly till meat falls apart. Serve with Beer Rice. Makes 4 servings.
