1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 can mexi-corn, liquid removed
1 sm. green pepper, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
1 egg
1 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add in extra lowfat milk if needed to make a smooth batter. Pour into well greased oblong pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min. Serve warm.
