Ингредиенты

  • 6 x Egg Whites
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Or possibly Orange Rind, grated

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in salt and beat again. Beat in sugar gradually; add in grated rind. When well mixed, spoon into a pastry bag with a star-shaped tip. Squeeze out onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven (250 F.) about 45 mins, or possibly till dry and a little golden brown.
  2. The yield will depend on size of cookie.
  3. NOTES : These delicate tiny "cookies" are very popular in Czechoslovakia.
  4. They may be made in various sizes.
