.%20%20I%20hope%20by%20the%20days%20end%20we%20will%20have%20a%20collection%20of%20great%20pumpkin%20recipes!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20all%20time%20favorite%20Paleo%20dessert%20would%20be%20the%20Pumpkin%20Bread%20Recipe%20over%20at%20Elana's%20Pantry.%20%20I%20am%20telling%20you,%20this%20along%20with%20the%20Banana%20Bread%20recipe%20helped%20me%20get%20along%20well%20on%20this%20diet%20for%20all%20these%20months.%20%20I%20LOVE%20it%20cold%20the%20next%20day%20and%20if%20I%20close%20my%20eyes%20it%20tastes%20like%20pumpkin%20pie%20to%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20week%20we%20had%20some%20dental%20work%20done.%20%20Both%20kids%20needed%20a%20silver%20cap%20on%20a%20baby%20tooth%20to%20which%20I%20felt%20like%20a%20bad%20mommy%20as%20a%20result.%20%20Afterward%20they%20wanted%20chicken%20soup.%20%20I%20did%20not%20have%20any%20in%20the%20cupboards%20and%20we%20live%20in%20a%20part%20of%20the%20world%20where%20you%20can't%20just%20go%20to%20the%20store%20and%20BUY%20it%20unless%20it%20is%20a%20big%20name%20brand%20like%20progresso.%20%20As%20a%20result,%20I%20have%20decided%20that%20I%20really%20want%20to%20make%20and%20CAN%20some%20chicken%20and%20rice%20soup%20for%20the%20pantry.%20%20It%20is%20getting%20colder%20now%20and%20canned%20soup%20would%20be%20a%20great%20thing%20to%20have%20around%20the%20house.%20%20Now%20to%20find%20the%20perfect%20recipe!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20diet%20has%20stalled%20yet%20again.%20%20I%20was%20talking%20to%20my%20doctor%20at%20my%20physical%20telling%20her%20how%20annoying%20it%20is%20that%20dieting%20takes%20so%20long.%20%20She%20said%20she%20knows%20it%20feels%20like%20I%20put%2010%20pounds%20on%20over%20night%20but%20it%20does%20not.%20%20It%20takes%20years%20to%20accumulate%20weight.%20%20OK,%20I%20tell%20her%20but%20I%20am%20pretty%20sure%20I%20can%20go%20on%20vacation%20for%20a%20week%20and%20come%20back%2010%20pounds%20heavier!!!%20:-)%20%20I%20have%20cheated%20this%20week%20too.%20%20I%20had%20a%201/4%20cup%20of%20baked%20beans%20at%20a%20church%20function.%20%20I%20am%20pretty%20sure%20they%20had%20sugar%20in%20them%20too!!!%20:-).%20%20But%20hey,%20I%20did%20not%20gain%20weight%20so%20thats%20good%20right?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPretty%20soon%20we%20will%20be%20going%20camping.%20%20The%20week-end%20of%20October%2020th%20in%20fact.%20%20Should%20be%20interesting%20to%20go%20camping%20while%20Paleo!%20%20I%20have%20already%20made%20some%20granola%20and%20purchased%20some%20Applegate%20Beef%20Hot%20Dogs%20in%20preparation.%20%20I%20plan%20to%20also%20make%20Paleo%20almond%20flour%20graham%20crackers%20and%20our%20own%20corn%20syrup%20free%20marshmallows.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20weeks%20pantry%20dinners%20was%20a%20raging%20success%20for%20me.%20%20I%20LOVED%20how%20everything%20was%20partially%20prepared%20and%20dinner%20took%20no%20time%20at%20all.%20%20I%20really%20need%20to%20do%20more%20of%20that%20sort%20of%20preparation!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMonday,%20Cheerleading,%20Karate%20&%20Cub%20Scouts%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20Fried%20Sausage,%20Peppers%20and%20Onions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHey,%20I%20found%20some%20Paleo%20approved%20sausages%20in%20the%20Whole%20Foods!%20%20Love%20that%20store,%20wish%20it%20was%20not%20so%20far%20away.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETuesday,%20Flag%20Football%20&%20Soccer%20Practice%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20my%20own%20roast%20beef%20lunchmeat%20last%20month%20and%20this%20is%20the%20frozen%20sliced%20leftovers.%20%20I%20recall%20fondly%20my%20mom%20serving%20this%20as%20a%20kid%20with%20leftover%20roast%20beef%20lunchmeat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWednesday,%20Cheerleading%20&%20Church%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20provided%20at%20Church%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThursday,%20Flag%20Football%20and%20Soccer%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrilled%20Steak,%20butternut%20squash%20puree%20and%20Broccoli%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFriday,%20Cheerleading:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESaturday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESunday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlmond%20Flour%20Crusted%20Pork%20Chips%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOK%20are%20we%20ready%20to%20see%20what%20everyone%20else%20is%20having%20this%20week?%20%20Great!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAngela%20over%20at%20Angela's%20Kitchen%20has%20a%20bunch%20of%20pumpkin%20of%20recipes!!!%20%20You%20can%20always%20click%20that%20link%20to%20her%20blog%20and%20see%20the%20giant%20list%20of%20creative%20pumpkin%20dishes%20for%20yourself.%20%20Shall%20I%20toss%20out%20some%20for%20ya?%20OK!!%20How%20about%20Pumpkin%20Pie%20Popsicles?%20%20They%20look%20to%20be%20paleo%20diet%20friendly%20as%20well!%20%20Look%20on%20the%20end%20of%20this%20Menu%20Plan%20and%20find%20the%20Coconut%20Milk%20Pumpkin%20Creamer.%20%20I%20seriously%20want%20to%20try%20that.%20%20I%20am%20not%20just%20pulling%20your%20leg!%20%20My%20hubby%20was%20just%20pointing%20out%20how%20grossly%20bad%20for%20me%20my%20current%20non-dairy%20creamer%20is......and.....I%20love%20Pumpkin%20Flavor%20in%20my%20coffee.%20%20I%20think%20I%20have%20everything%20I%20need%20to%20make%20this%20right%20now.%20%20The%20rest%20of%20her%20week%20she%20is%20serving%20up%20Sweet%20and%20Spicy%20Pork%20Tacos%20(which%20I%20think%20I%20can%20make%20with%20some%20Paleo%20tortillas),%20Enchilada%20Meatballs%20(I%20think%20I%20will%20just%20use%20my%20current%20Meatballs%20and%20go%20from%20there!),%20and%20Turkey%20Meatloaf.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKendra%20at%20the%20Peaceful%20Mom%20has%20her%20week%20all%20mapped%20out%20including%20Breakfast,%20Lunch%20and%20Dinner.%20%20Her%20menu%20planning%20is%20to%20inspire%20your%20own%20simple%20Gluten%20Free%20Menu%20Ideas!%20%20No%20pumpkin%20on%20the%20menu%20but%20she%20is%20serving%20up%20some%20great%20looking%20Apple%20Pancakes%20and%20BBQ%20PepperJack%20Bacon%20Burgers%20(hey%20now,%20did%20she%20say%20bacon?!?!?!).%20%20Also%20on%20the%20menu%20is%20Rosemary%20Roasted%20Chicken%20(our%20favorite)%20and%20baked%20tacos!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
