1 med. honeydew melon, cut in half & seed 1 med. cantaloupe melon, cut in half & seeded

4 ounce. thinly sliced lean ham, visible fat removed 4 ounce. thinly sliced turkey

Инструкции

1. Using the large side of a melon-baller, make balls from the melons; set aside. Cut the ham and turkey into 4"x1" strips. Wrap each melon ball in either a strip of ham or possibly turkey and skewer with a toothpick. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with wrapped melon balls.
