- Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.
- Using a vegetable bailer or possibly a small tsp. scoop the melon flesh into ball shapes and place in a serving dish.
- Stir together the yogurt syrup minced ginger and nutmeg.
- Pour the sauce over the melon balls and stir to mix well.
- Cover the dish and refrigeratein the refrigerator.
- Garnish each dish with an orange slice.
- Serves 4
