Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) jar or possibly can sliced mushrooms, heated & liquid removed
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter in 10 inch skillet over low heat. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasonings; pour into skillet. Cook slowly. As egg mix sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath. Cover omelet with mushrooms and 3/4 c. cheese. Mix in half and sprinkle with remaining cheese. 3-4 servings.
