Melba's Tamale Pie

Ингредиенты

1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, whole kernel corn with butter sauce
1 c. cornmeal (or possibly 1 sm. env. prepared mix)
2 teaspoon sugar (if you use plain cornmeal)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg

Инструкции

First, defrost corn. Grease a pie pan and press the above mix into bottom and up sides of the pan to make like a crust.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
