Mee Ikam (Monk Fish And Egg Noodles)

Ингредиенты

  • Dry egg noodles
  • 8 ounce Monk fish
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 x Inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine
  • 8 fl ounce stock

Инструкции

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, drain in a colander and rinse well with cool water then squeeze out excess water. Slice the fish into 1 inch thickness and place in a bowl. Season well with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, white wine and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and add in the seasoned fish and stir for 1 minute. Add in the stock and noodles and stir till piping warm.
