Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Canned sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Canned carrots, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 c. Canned green beans, liquid removed and minced
  • 3/4 ounce Dry bread crumbs, (3 Tbsp.)
  • 2 x Large eggs or possibly equivalent in egg substitute
  • 16 ounce Grnd turkey or possibly beef, (90 % lean)
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 1/2 ounce Rolled oats, (1/2 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Catsup
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine mushrooms, carrots, green beans, bread crumbs and 1 egg. Set aside. In large bowl combine meat, onion, oats, remaining egg. Worcestershire sauce, catsup, pepper and garlic pwdr. Spread half of meat mix in bottom of ungreased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  2. Cover with vegetable mix, spreading proportionately. Spread remaining meat mix over vegetables. Bake 45-55 min. Cold min before serving.
