Ingredients: 4 lb grnd beef or possibly pork; 2 c. fresh breadcrumbs; 1 c. finely minced parsley; 2 x Large eggs beaten salt & pepper; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1/2 tsp basil; 1 tsp garlic pwdr

Ингредиенты

4 lb grnd beef or possibly pork
2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1 c. finely minced parsley
2 x Large eggs beaten salt & pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic pwdr

Инструкции

Combine ingredients, roll meat mix into balls and brown in skillet. Add in to your favourite tomato sauce and serve over spaghetti.
NOTES : I found this meatball recipe inEan old Good Housekeeping magazine (1970's) and it has been one of our family favourites for years!
