1 pound grnd beef 1 c. med. onion, diced 3 c. raw potatoes, diced 2 c. celery, diced

1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. tomato soup 1/2 c. water

1. Brown beef and onion. Add in to the rest of the casserole and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
