Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound finely grnd lamb meat
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
  • 4 sm. carrots, whole and boiled
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon allspice

  1. Mix meat with flour, salt, and allspice. Knead together very well. Flatten out meat mix into 4 rectangles about 4 inches by 6 inches. Place 1 carrot whole and 1/2 of sliced Large eggs and sprinkle with parsley on each rectangle. Roll up jelly roll style and seal all edges and smooth out with wet hands. Put 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can of water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. allspice in large pot and bring to boil. Drop in stuffed individual meat loaves and cook for about 15 min. Remove meat loaves. Cold. Refrigerateand then slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place on platter and serve with warm tomato sauce.
