Ингредиенты

1 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. apple or possibly pear sauce 1 c. corn flakes 1 pound lean grnd beef or possibly deer meat 1 egg, beaten

1/4 c. minced celery 1/2 c. wheat germ 3 tbsp. minced onions 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Инструкции

1. Combine bread crumbs, applesauce, corn flakes, beef, egg, celery, wheat germ, onion, salt and pepper.
2. After mixing, pour into round cone microwave dish. Make a depression in the center all the way around the tube.
3. Mix 1/2 c. apple or possibly pear sauce, 1 tsp. brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and pour over the meat loaf.
4. Cook uncovered ten (10) min. Rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time. Cook five (5) min.
