  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 4 ounce. tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Ham cube - flavoring
  • 1 packet season
  • 6-8 med. sized potatoes
  • 6-10 stuffed green olives
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 teaspoon annatto (coloring)
  • 1 c. flour

Инструкции

  1. Brown grnd beef; drain fat. Add in all ingredients together and simmer about 10 min. Wash and peel potatoes, bring to a boil and till tender. In large bowl mash potatoes.
