Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound grnd beef
  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 3 bouillon cubes

Инструкции

  1. Mix well and form into small balls. Brown on all sides in veg. oil very fast. Transfer meat balls to large pot. Electric pot is best. In small amount of oil, cook onion slightly. Add in 2 Tbsp. flour. Stir till light brown. Add in 1 c. water, 3 bouillon cubes. Stir till thickened, then add in more water till gravy is right consistency. (Make it thin. It will thicken more as meat balls simmer in it.) Add in 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. brown sugar, 3 Tbsp. vinegar, 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, black pepper to taste. Pour gravy over meat balls. Simmer 2 hrs. You should have sufficient gravy to cover meat balls.
