- Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, egg, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, salt and pepper. Form 12 meatballs, bake 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes and zucchini with remaining seasonings and simmer 5 min. Blend cornstarch and broths. Stir into tomato mix. Pour over meatballs; continue baking 10 min longer. Serve over beds of fluffy rice. Makes 6 servings.
