1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper

4 lg. carrots, sliced 4 lg. potatoes, sliced 1 lg. onion, sliced

Инструкции

1. Mix grnd beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties. Place a layer of carrots and potatoes on 4 squares of foil. Top with meat patties. Top with slices of onion, remaining meat patties, potatoes and carrots. Seal ends of foil together air tight. Cook for 15 min over warm coals; turn and cook on other side for 15 min. Yield: 4 servings.
