  • 4 c. Mayhaw or possibly plum juice or possibly juice and pulp
  • 1 box Mrs. Wages Lite Home- Jell fruit pectin
  • 18 x To 20 pks of Equal, or possibly
  • 12 pkt Sweet 'n Low

Инструкции

  1. Measure juice into large saucepan. Stir in pectin and let sit about 10 min. Place over high heat and stir till mix comes to a full rolling boil which can't be stirred down. Boil for 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  2. Remove from heat; add in sweetener to taste and stir for 2 min to mix thoroughly.Skim off foam with a metal spoon. Pour into warm sterilized, jars, leaving 1/4" headspace. Wipe threads and jar rimi clean with a damp towel. Seal with new lids prepared according manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Process in boiling water bath for 10 min or possibly store in refrigerator.
