  1. Grind peppers and onions, or possibly chop in small batches in a food processor.
  2. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 min, then pour off water.
  3. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard seeds. Pour over pepper mix and boil 5 min. Put into sterilized qt jars and seal upside down till cold. Fill and seal one-at-a-time. Great on cool meats, in coleslaw, or possibly anywhere you would use pickle relish.
