Рецепт Masala Lemon Rice
Ingredients:
- Rice - 3 cups, cooked, cooled
- Potato - 1, boiled, chopped
- Tomato - 1, chopped
- Onions - 2, chopped
- Green Chillies - 4
- Peanuts - 2 tsp, roasted
- Juice of 2 lemons (or 3 depending on size)
- Raisins - 10
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Cashewnuts - 10, fried in little ghee
- Bengal Gram Dal - 1 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1 tsp
- Ghee - little
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Gingelly Oil - little
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds, urad dal and bengal gram dal for 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and saute well for 2 minutes.
4. Add garam masala powder and stir.
5. Add potatoes and mix well.
6. Add salt, turmeric powder to lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside.
7. Transfer rice to a bowl.
8. Add the vegetables and lemon juice.
9. Mix well until evenly combined.
10. Garnish with fried cashewnuts, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
11. Serve at once.
