Рецепт Masala Garlic Pori (Puffed Rice)
Ingredients:
- Pori (Puffed Rice) – 1 cup
- Peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Roasted Gram – little
- Dry Red Chillies – 2
- Garlic – 6 cloves, crushed
- Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Oil as required
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Fry the mustard seeds and red chillies for 30 seconds.
3. Add the garlic, turmeric powder, roasted gram, peanuts, pori and salt.
4. Stir-fry for a minute or two.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
6. Serve at once.
