1 c. rice 3 tbsp. oil 2 1/2 c. warm water 1 bouillon cube

1 teaspoon salt 1 onion, minced 3/4 teaspoon cumin 3 tomatoes, minced

1. Brown rice in 3 Tbsp. oil; add in warm water, bouillon cube, salt, onion, cumin, and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Lower to a simmer; cook 20 min.
