Ingredients: 1 bot (16 ounce.) Italian dressing, divided; 1 x (1-3/4 - 2 lb.) sirloin steak or possibly top round beef steak; 4 c. cooked white rice (optional)

Ингредиенты

1 bot (16 ounce.) Italian dressing, divided
1 x (1-3/4 - 2 lb.) sirloin steak or possibly top round beef steak
4 c. cooked white rice (optional)

Инструкции

Reserve 1/2 c. dressing. Pour remaining dressing over meat in shallow dish or possibly zipper-style plastic bag, cover. Chill 30 min to marinate. Drain. Place meat on rack of broiler pan 5 - 6" from heat.
Broil 5 to 10 min on each side or possibly till cooked through, turning and brushing with reserved 1/2 c. dressing
