1. Mix: 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic, chopped
2. Mix well and marinate chicken breast several hrs. To serve, brown breast in 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in skillet.
