- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- 1 c. butter
Инструкции
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Add in chicken, coating well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from sauce, roll in crumbs, and arrange in shallow pan. Heat butter, spoon half of it over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon rest of butter over chicken. Bake 45 min more.
