- 1/2 c. canola or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram

- Mix all ingredients together. Pour over shish kebob ingredients - vegetables too - and marinate at least 2 hrs before skewering. Then use for basting while grilling or possibly broiling. Yields: about 10 ounces.
